Each LSU student of the Baton Rouge campus (excluding Continuing Education) automatically has an account in the system through the LSU email address ending in @lsu.edu (not @tigers.lsu.edu). Your password is not the same as your myLSU password. If entering the first time, sign up as a New User below.
If you have never used Careers2Geaux before, click "Forgot Password/New User" above, enter your LSU email address ending in @lsu.edu (not @tigers.lsu.edu), and click "Go". A link to reset your account password will be emailed to your LSU account. Follow the directions in the email to set your password and begin using Careers2Geaux.
Features of Careers2Geaux
Be “in the know” about career-related events and activities. All events hosted by the Olinde Career Center are managed through Careers2Geaux. Want to know who will be coming to the Career Expo and other recruiting events? You will find it here! You can even create a customized printout of the employers interested in your major.
You can manage all job search correspondence (résumés, cover letters, references, etc.) in Careers2Geaux. Our easy-to-use résumé builder will make creating a polished, professional document a snap. Keep in mind that all initial résumés uploaded in Careers2Geaux must be approved by the Olinde Career Center before they can be active in the system.
This is the best way to find recruiters who have a relationship with LSU and the Olinde Career Center. This searchable database allows you to find organizations that may meet your career interests and provides a recruiter contact for most entries. This is a great place to start your company research and find job leads.

Available full-time, part-time, summer, internship, co-op and volunteer opportunities are posted by employers who are interested in hiring LSU students. You can search by industry, functional area, job type, geographic location, keywords and more. The job board updates daily, so visit often!
The Careers2Geaux system manages all aspects of our on-campus interviewing program (OCI). This program brings employers to campus to interview students every fall and spring. All LSU students and alumni are eligible to participate.
The Mock Interview module in Careers2Geaux offers interview practice from the comfort of your home by providing mock interviews using your webcam. The Mock Interview module offers over one thousand field-specific and level-specific questions to practice from and the ability to send your mock interview via email for others to review and provide feedback. Olinde Career Center formal Mock Interview appointments will use the Mock Interview module as a pre-appointment requirement to familiarize students with interview questions.
A comprehensive resource for students interested in living and working abroad. This online tool combines international job search standards with information on cultural norms in an organized country guide system. Students can connect to country specific job boards, résumé examples, and company information by industry. In addition, GoinGlobal provides resources for international students who would like to work in the United States.
