Students network with employers in communication fields to learn about their respective organizations, build professional relationships, and find out about internship and other job opportunities.
Networking Night at Manship is a great opportunity for students to mingle and get to know recruiters in the communications field, as well as search for internship and full-time job opportunities. Take advantage of this event as a means to expand your professional network!
This event is for Mass Comm and Pre-Mass Comm students only. Since the event will have a networking focus, not all organizations will be hiring. Since some organizations will be hiring, be sure to ask about open positions if you are in the job market. Use this event as an opportunity to learn more about the kinds of jobs available to students with mass communication backgrounds. This is the perfect opportunity to find out where your degree can take you, and how to get there.
If you are looking for a job, bring copies of your résumé to share with the organizations that are hiring. Professional attire is highly encouraged.

Please note: You do not need to stay for the entire event and you may arrive after 6 p.m. This is a come-and-go event.

To register, log into Careers2Geaux, select the "Spring 2017 Networking Night at Manship is currently active" link on the right side of the welcome screen, and complete the registration form.
If you do not already have a Careers2Geaux account, go to our public events calendar and click the "Participant Registration" link for the Spring 2017 Networking Night at Manship. On the following page, click the "Proceed to Registration Form" link under "new participants."
**Important Reminder: Due to limited spacing, pop-up banners and/or large signage are not permitted at this event. Small table signage no bigger than letter-size paper, personalized linens and giveaways are acceptable.**
Registration = FREE (Includes entry for up to four representatives, one bistro table with company signage and parking for the event). Please note: A $50 fee will be assessed if you registered for the event and do not send a representive.
